One more good news to the biotech industry had been announced. The biotechnology team directed by the entrepreneur John Hsuan targeted the strong demand for stem cell research in southern Taiwan. The “second cell storage center of Meribank” was officially launched and had horizontal alliances with prominent maternity clinics in Kaohsiung. Ground-breaking for the building including postpartum care center and stem cell storage center was held on June 12th 2015 by the superintendent Sheng Ren Chen of Pojen Hospital in Kaohsiung and the general manager of Meridigen and its affiliates, , Yogi Hsuan.

Meribank Biotech Co., Ltd was a nationally prominent company for new drug research and development and stem cell storage. Meribank provided a suitable environment for baby stem cells storage.
