為延續研發上的創新續航力,宣捷擁有完整研發規畫藍圖,並在幹細胞治療產業上建構出完善的智慧財產權戰略佈局,藉由外部合作及自主研發,針對幹細胞藥物制程、分析平臺與後期藥物適應症評估,進行各國專利佈局,以保障宣捷產品的價值,增加國際競爭力。

宣捷妥善的智慧財產管理制度建立,是未來幹細胞新藥在高規格臨床試驗及新藥上市許可上的利基;宣捷透過政府提供的資源,積極導入經濟部工業局推動的臺灣智慧財產管理規範 (TIPS),建立完善的智慧財產權管理制度,強化對內智財管理及對外產業競爭的能力,必能在幹細胞新藥產業開創全新的局面。
